Recruitment | Thomson Reuters GRC | Operational Risk Manager

Operational Risk Manager
Leading Global Bank, London
Up to ?55k + London allowance + benefits
My client, a leading Global Bank, is currently looking to grow their Operational Risk & Control team within their Finance function.

Having gone through a period of transition where they have rolled out a new Operational Risk & Control Framework, they are now working to embed the new policies and control processes into the various teams in the Finance function. Working collaboratively with the business, the Operational Risk & Control team are focused on ensuring that the framework offers a proactive and constructive approach to Risk Management. With this in mind, they are looking for someone to produce RCSA documents, report on incidents, and more generally articulate the business requirements of a risk management framework.

This role will be suitable for an experienced Operational Risk professional who has previously written policies, worked closely with senior internal stakeholders, produced and delivered high-quality presentations and helped to develop Operational Risk Frameworks previously. I am particularly interested in talking to those who have implemented Operational Risk frameworks in large Financial Services organisations previously.

For a confidential conversation regarding this role or other Operational Risk positions, please do not hesitate to contact Adam Clark at Hays Financial Markets on
