An?employee at the hotel told authorities she recognized Boysen after seeing reports of the manhunt on the news, according to the Lincoln City Guard.
The newspaper reports that the hotel and surrounding area have been evacuated and that the suspect has refused to respond to attempts by police to resolve the situation peacefully.
Boysen has been described as ?extremely dangerous? and has a warrant out for his arrest on suspicion of first-degree murder.?
He was staying with his grandparents in the Seattle suburb of Renton, Wash., after serving a prison sentence for robbery.
